Power depends on the motor. The listing's footnotes give 17 kW with the stock motor (500 A phase), 25 kW with a TM25 (800 A) and 42 kW with a TM40 (1,000 A).
The same page also says "up to 19 kW", "31 kW with TM25" and "50 kW with TM40Pro". These don't agree, so verify with Torp. Price shown is v2, $1,295. v1 was $1,325 regular and $1,126 on sale.
